I went to get my safety glasses and prescription glasses in Walmart in horizon city. Jessica was very helpful and very respectful lady . She help me find the correct glasses and she explain everything that I needed to know about the warranty, if anybody needs to buy glasses I really recommend her.

Everyone is very nice , kind and very knowledgeable. I’ve had other appointments at optical places and it seemed to take much longer. I was in and out in a little over an hour.

It was my first time at this office. The staff welcoming and kind. The gentleman who did the exams before the doctor arrived was amiable, answered our questions and was friendly. The price tag for the visit was very reasonable- $40 with my insurance (at another place in years past it was a couple of hundred even with my insurance). The doctor is great too. The staff really shines though since most of the time is interacting with them.

I really had a great experience! The staff were very kind and helpful. The eye doctor took his time and my eye examination was thorough. My glasses were ready in about 3 weeks and they are perfect!

The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to assist. The physician is equally commendable, exhibiting a high degree of expertise, patience, and a pleasant demeanor. All inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and thoroughly. Having consulted numerous optometrist regarding my corneal condition, I can attest that this is the first physician who successfully prescribed the appropriate contact lenses for my specific needs. I consider myself fortunate to have discovered this establishment.

I would highly recommend anyone needing an eyeglasses or contact exam to visit Eye World. It was nice seeing an in person optometrist. I was welcomed by the friendly staff as soon as I walked in. I was first helped by Adam who is a wonderful and patient assistant. Then Dr. McMahon saw me. He was direct- just business- no small talk and that is fine. I am there for a service which he provided. After my exam- Matthew was very patient and helped me choose a frame that looked and suited me best based on my face shape. They have great specials and discounts when buying multiple pairs. I will be telling my friends and family about how great Eye World is and to definitely book an appointment with them.

Dr. McMahon IS THE MAN! He is one of the best eye doctors I’ve ever seen. He always takes great care of my eyes, gives me exactly what I need, and makes sure I feel safe and comfortable during every visit. He truly cares about what’s going on with his patients and their well-being — not just their eyes, but their overall health. I’m really grateful to have a doctor who pays such close attention and genuinely cares.

Love Dr McMahon, professional and explains all. Adam A. Is the best assistant ever. Only drawback, has call center from who knows where and not able to put our appts together. Also the office has new optic retina system, would have appreciated a heads up on the extra cost. Call center needs to be in office to better inform and service appts. Would recommend Dr McMahon and Adam to everyone!
